(꽁지네) 포장마차가 가정집을 덮쳤어요 . 우째 이런일이.....

 추운겨울이면 퇴근길에 많이찾는 포장마차

 

 백열전구 아래서 호호불며 먹었던 뜨끈한 오뎅국물

 한모금에 얼었던 몸이 사르륵 녹지요.

 

 혼자가도 즐겁고 둘이가도 즐거운 포장마차 하루의 피로를

 이스리 한잔에 봄눈 녹듯이  사라지죠.

 

 누구나 향수를 가지고있는 포장마차 이야기를 하고자 하는데

 왜이리 서론이 길은 것이지 .....ㅎㅎ

 

 퇴근길 유혹에 발길이 포장마차 안으로 들어가게 되는데 지금도

 그런곳이 있는지는 모르지만 꽁지가 자주갈때는 소주를 잔으로 팔았어요.

 

 가격은 정확하지 안지만 300 원 했던거 같아요.

 

 주인 아주머니와 어느덧 단골이 될라치면 나누는 인사며 오늘의 화재가

 무엇이며 직장에서 무슨일이 있으며 무슨 할 이야기가 그리도 많은지...ㅎㅎ

                                                                                                        오뎅국수말이에 필요한 고명으로 파와 지단을 부쳐놓았어요.

                                                                                                                  김장김치를 송송 썰러서 고소한 참기름과

                                                                                                               달콤한 맛을내기위해 설탕을 조금 넣었어요.

                                                                                                        각자 기호에 따라 김치를 무치셔도 되구요....ㅎㅎㅎ

                                                                                                                     국수를 삶으실때 약간의 소금을 넣으시면

                                                                                                             국수에 간이 배여서 국수의맛이 더욱 좋을것 입니다.

                                                                                                                           우선 오뎅국물을 만들어 보시지요.

                                                                                                      재료는 양파.무우.사과.다시마.멸치.마늘.후추.등을 넣으시고

                                                                                               1 시간 동안 우려내시고 고은채에 국물을 걸러서 맑은국물로 만드셔요.

                                                                                              오뎅은 꼬치에 껴서 맑은국물에 넣으시고 다시 1 시간 끊이시면 됩니다.

                                                                                                             국수는 취양에따라 선택을 하시길 꽁지는 소면으로

                                                                                                                             끊이기전 국물모습입니다.
